     If you call or email us, we need your name, address, phone number and cell phone number, if available and the best times to call you back with the estimate.  If there is a second address to be looked at, please note it at that time.   

     When we do an on site estimate, you do not need to be home, because we can look from the exterior and get the window information.  If we do a phone estimate, we will ask a few questions about the windows (i.e. type, how many, and if any misc. windows).  This usually takes about 10 minutes.  When we do phone estimates, we can only give a “ballpark” price, but it is usually very close to the actual price will be.  If you accept the phone estimate price, our foreman will go over the information when he first arrives at the job and give you an exact price that should be very close to the phone estimate.  

     It should be noted that there are things that may be unforeseen that could change a price. An example of this would be windows painted shut which have to be broken loose, or an excessive amount of things to move away from windows. Anything else would be discussed with our foreman while on the job.   

     Although we work very carefully and cautiously while on the job and are fully insured, accidents can happen.  Naturally, we take care of anything we break, but there are times that something happens that we had no fault in doing.  One example of this is when mini-blinds are hung wrong they could fall down and break when our crew pulls them up.  So, it has been our policy that the customer please move things like valuables, plants, lamps, etc. away from the windows.  We appreciate your cooperation in this, so we can do a thorough job.   

     We do have discounts on a regular basis during the ‘off seasons’.  If you have cleaning done from December 26^th through January there is a 20% discount.  In February the discount is 15% and from March 1^st to the 15^th it is 10%.  Also, we do offer some coupon specials throughout the year at different times.  

     Concerning Saturday work, our crew has a very full week with hours from 7:30-5:00 Monday-Friday, so we generally do not work on Saturdays.  However, occasionally there are exceptions.  One such exception is that if it rains during the week, we will move jobs to the following Saturday.  Or, if we have a part-time worker, he may be able to work on a Saturday.
